Labcardine, based in Via Francesco de Sanctis, 30 – 80134 – Napoli, Italia, which created and operates all the activities related to the websites www.labcardine.it, reserves the right to use any data, voluntarily provided by users, in compliance with and for the purposes of the Article 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003, the Personal Data Protection Code as well as the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU 2016/679 on the protection of data provided by natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free flow of such data, for individuals using www. labcardine.it.

This regulation solely concerns www. www.labcardine.it and is not related to any other websites that a user can visit by clicking on links provided on them. Labcardine guarantees to all users that the processing of their personal data will be used exclusively for the purposes related to the services provided by the company and in order to facilitate the use of the websites and fulfil its customers’ orders.

It is important to emphasize that both newsletters and commercial information can only be sent to a user after they have expressed a clear consent, authorising the company to do so.

  • those who transmitted and provided their personal data have the right to be informed of the fact that the above mentioned procedures have been fulfilled together with the right to receive all the information regarding what they involved, with the exception of cases when the fulfilment of this task turns out to be impossible or involves the use of means clearly disproportionate in relation to the protected right (art.7, c.3. c) of the Legislative Decree 196/2003).

All personal data provided directly or obtained in any other verbal, written or digital form, will be processed for two basic purposes:

  • to facilitate the execution of orders the company receives;
  • to send out commercial information only after having obtained an explicit consent of the user.

In some cases, processing of your data is indispensable for the fulfilment of the requested services, in others it is purely optional. Still, in case you decide not to communicate your personal data during the process of registration, it might be impossible for us to provide you with our services.

IV. The use of cookies

  1. Labcardine.it use cookies to improve the navigability of the website making it more intuitive and to offer you a better experience.
